We do not collect credit card information during your free trial or if you decide to use KolApp free version. If you choose to upgrade, we will then collect credit card information and bill based on your subscription type.
You have the option to pay on a monthly basis for your account. Simply select the monthly option on the pricing page, and you'll be able to pay on a per-month basis. It's important to note that the monthly plan does not come with a discount. If you're looking to save, we highly recommend opting for the yearly plan instead.
We understand that each organization is unique, requiring specific features to support its workflows and projects. Above you can see the features included in the different plans to support your needs. If you need help in choosing the right plan for you, reach out to our sales team.
Our pricing is based on two factors; the feature plan you’d like to use, and the number of users on the platform. Once you’ve decided on the feature plan and users, choose your preferred subscription payment: month-to-month or annual. Payment is made in one upfront installment. If you purchase a plan for one year, you will pay for one year upfront.
Yes, by choosing a yearly plan, you will receive an 18% discount.

For the first two weeks you use any of our KolApp plans, you’ll have access to our full suite of features, regardless of the plan you’ve chosen. If you have additional questions about the plan that is right for you, or need to extend your trial to test a specific functionality, get in touch with us.
You can make changes to your plan at any time by changing your plan type and by adding or removing users. However, past the refund period, we offer no refunds for downgrades. To change your plan, simply go into the Admin section and click on the Billing option. From there, click "change plan" and choose your desired plan.
We accept all major credit cards. For account payments that meet certain minimums, we accept bank transfers and check payments. If you have any payment questions, please email [email protected]
All subscriptions, whether monthly or yearly, renew automatically on their scheduled renewal date based on the initial purchase date, unless officially canceled. To cancel your subscription, please navigate to the Billing Options within the Administration Section. We offer no refunds or credits for cancellation.
